- Delivery via Express Mail Service (EMS) takes approximately **10–15 business days**, depending on destination.
3. **Returns & Exchanges**
- Customers may request an exchange or return within **7 days** of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, lingerie items cannot be returned once opened or worn.
